Thank you for your prayers as you journey along with us.  The scripture tells us in Matthew 6:33-34 - "But seek ye first the kingdom of G_d, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (34) Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.  Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof".  In light of the Federal Debt & Deficit that is upon us, we must take a strong hold of Prayer and Fastings and seek G_d's Face in these last days.  Remember the Word of the L_rd in 2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

Prayer is the opportunity G_d gives His children to become intimately acquainted with Him.  When you conversate with G_d, prayer enables you (the Believer) to build a personal relationship with the L_rd.  Prayer is an expression of a believer's dependence on G_d.  Prayer is not intended as a means of impressing others or manipulating G_d, but as a way of genuinely seeking G_d's strength and direction.  (See Matthew 6:5,6).
